a note on pace and presence

you may notice that i’m not adding new blog posts here as often as i once did.

that’s intentional.

over time, i’ve learned that presence matters more than production. when my energy is stretched too thin, something important gets lost — depth, attention, and the quality of connection i care about most.

right now, i’m choosing to put more of my focus into the work itself: showing up fully for clients, developing tools and resources that support real relational change, and staying engaged in the conversations that happen face to face, week after week.

this space still matters to me. the ideas that live here are still very much alive and in practice — just expressed more often in sessions, conversations, and lived experience than in written posts.

when writing feels like the right medium again, i’ll return to it. not out of obligation, but out of alignment.
