session frequency: how often will we meet?

we usually begin with weekly sessions, adapting the frequency to suit your needs and availability.

both! i offer virtual sessions for convenience or in person if you live near madison, wi.

session duration & expectations: what’s involved?

sessions typically last 45-50 minutes. i’ll review any significant changes, challenges, or achievements, discuss your progress, and identify resources needed for the upcoming week. my role is to listen, share insights, ask questions, offer suggestions, encouragement, guidance, and teach new skills or ideas. i conclude each session by identifying the most valuable takeaways and setting action items for the next week.

number of sessions: how many do you need?

meaningful change takes time, and i often find that eight sessions are ideal for most clients. however, the total number of sessions depends on your individual goals and the scope of your desired transformation.

confidentiality: is your information safe?
